These Terms apply to your use of seekthyself.com and to any session, course, event or service you book or buy from Seek Thyself with Oumayma Rose ("Seek Thyself," "I," "me"). By booking, buying or using the site, you agree to them.

Services

I offer private yoga, Yoga Nidra, somatic guidance, group and corporate sessions, events and pre-recorded courses, in person across the Greater Palm Springs Area and online. Session descriptions, lengths and prices are listed on the site and may change; the price you pay is the one shown when you book.

In-person travel: in-person sessions are offered in Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Indio. Locations more than 30–60 minutes from Palm Desert may carry an additional travel fee, which I'll confirm before you pay.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds are given for sessions, packages, courses or events.
  • Rescheduling: you may reschedule a private session once, at no charge, with at least 48 hours' notice before the start time. Email hello@seekthyself.com to reschedule.
  • Less than 48 hours' notice, or a no-show, means the session is forfeited.
  • Late arrival: sessions end at the scheduled time.
  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, I'll offer you a new time as soon as possible.
  • Corporate and group engagements follow the terms in your written proposal.

Online courses

When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own use, for as long as the course is offered on this platform. Please don't share your login or download, copy, record, resell or redistribute course content.

Health and responsibility

My services are educational and wellness practices. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric care, therapy, or a substitute for it. Please read the Wellness Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. By booking, you confirm that you have read it and accept the risks it describes.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in my courses, recordings and materials (text, audio, video, images and the Seek Thyself name and logo) belongs to Seek Thyself and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seek Thyself is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California.

Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here when you book applies to that booking.
