Resolve To Listen: Introduction to Yoga Nidra

A Yoga Nidra challenge designed to teach you the magic behind the practice through the lens of the body, mind, and soul.

This 3-part immersive course is designed to help you reset your nervous system, rewire limiting beliefs, and awaken your highest potential through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra.

Each teaching segment comes with its Yoga Nidra practice that will allow you to embody the teachings and receive a felt experience.

Structure

Resolve To Listen was first taught as a 3-day live workshop. Each teaching session less than 1 hour long, followed by a 35 to 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice.

You can move through this course at your desired pace, but here are two suggested formats:

  • Immersive format: Complete it in 3 days by dedicating about 2 hours per day.

  • Paced format: Spread it out over 3 weeks by doing one session per week.

If you take the slower path, I encourage you to repeat the Yoga Nidra practice throughout the week. The more often you return to it, the deeper the shifts and the more powerful the results.
