1:1 Yoga Nidra (60 to 90 min)

There is a layer of you beneath the thinking, beneath the doing, beneath the person you have to be all day. Most of us haven't visited it in years. Some of us have never been.

Yoga Nidra is the way down.

Often called "yogic sleep," it is an ancient practice of conscious rest. You lie down, you are guided by voice, and you descend into the threshold between waking and sleep. The body releases what it cannot let go of in ordinary consciousness. The mind, finally, goes quiet. Not because you forced it, but because it no longer needs to guard anything.

This is not a nap. It is not a guided visualization. It is one of the most precise and powerful practices available to the human nervous system, and one of the most underestimated.

In a private session, the practice is shaped entirely for you. We begin with a short conversation: what you're carrying, what you're working with, what your system needs. Then you lie down, and I guide you, breath by breath, layer by layer, into deep conscious rest. Rooted in the Bihar School lineage, each session may include an intention (sankalpa) planted at the depth where it can actually take root.

You don't need experience. You don't need flexibility. You don't need to believe anything. You need only to lie down and follow the voice.

People often arrive exhausted and leave rested in a way sleep hasn't given them in years. What surfaces beyond that - clarity, release, something quietly unlocking - belongs to you.

Come as you are. Leave closer to yourself.
